Client Responsibilities & Participation

Successful outcomes depend on client participation, consistency, and implementation of recommendations.

By engaging in services with VLG Moms, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and honest information

  • actively participate in scheduled calls and agreed-upon support

  • communicate respectfully and in a timely manner

  • implement recommendations to the best of your ability

VLG Moms reserves the right to discontinue services at any time if a client is not participating in the agreed-upon process, is unresponsive to communication, fails to implement recommendations, or if continued services are no longer appropriate or effective.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered or time reserved.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking system.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

  • VLG Moms reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of booking or purchase.

Due to the nature of educational services and digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, completed sessions, or partially completed support packages

By purchasing a service or product, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Digital Products

Digital products, including guides and educational materials, are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • share

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • resell

  • modify

any digital product without written permission from VLG Moms.

All digital content remains the intellectual property of VLG Moms.

Communication & Boundaries

Text or message-based support, when included in a service package, is limited to the time frame and boundaries outlined at purchase.

VLG Moms reserves the right to limit or discontinue communication if interactions become inappropriate, excessive, or outside the agreed-upon scope of support.

No Guarantees

While VLG Moms provides personalized and evidence-informed education, results are not guaranteed. Each family’s experience and outcome may vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLG Moms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from participation in services, use of information, or reliance on educational materials provided.
