Hi, I’m Natalie!

I’m a mom of two boys, married to my high school sweetheart, a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience, founder of the app VLG and a certified potty training consultant.

When I was 16, my mom passed away. Losing her so young taught me many things. One of the biggest being that it truly does take a village. We aren’t meant to do life alone, especially motherhood.

Becoming a mom without my own mother beside me was deeply challenging. It showed me just how significant having a village really is. I learned that no one has it all figured out. We are all just truly doing our best.

I created VLG to offer moms real connection. In a world of curated social feeds and overwhelming advice, VLG was built to be different. It’s a calm, supportive space where moms can connect without comparison, pressure, or judgment, a place to truly bring moms together.

Alongside creating the app, I felt called to do even more to support parents through the hardest seasons of raising a child. That’s what led me to become a certified potty training (and soon to be sleep) consultant. I offer personalized support rooted in both clinical experience and real-life motherhood. My approach is gentle, realistic, and family-centered. There’s no one-size-fits-all method, no shame, and no pressure to do things perfectly. Again, we are all just doing our best.

Whether you’re here to find your village, get support with sleep or potty training, or simply feel a little less alone, you are so welcome here. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
